Cleveland news reports 'Discrimination still exists' in Cuyahoga; points to GSPC Disparity Study findings

The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported on its website Cleveland.com that the findings of a disparity study commissioned by Cuyahoga County revealed discrimination in awarding county contracts to minority- and women-owned businesses.

“The study, conducted by Atlanta-based consultant Griffin & Strong, P.C., and released Wednesday, concluded that ‘discrimination still exists’ in the awarding of county contracts,” the newspaper of record for Cleveland, the county seat of Cuyahoga County, reports.
