Jerrica Lighting
Administrative Analyst
Jerrica M. Lighting previously worked within the Clayton County Magistrate Court. She received her B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Political Science from Spelman College, and her M.S. in Criminal Justice/Public Safety Leadership from Mercer University. Her research interests include youth violence/aggression, implicit bias, and neighborhood disorganization. She has represented Spelman and Mercer nationally at research conferences in Atlanta, D.C., and Maryland, and has studied abroad in South Korea and Germany. She is a member of Phi Alpha Sigma, and Spelman's Alumnae Association.
