GSPC President Appointed to City of Atlanta Procurement Role

ATLANTA, GA – Griffin & Strong, P.C., President and Co-Founder Delmarie A. Griffin has been appointed as the Procurement Appeals Hearing Officer by the Atlanta City Council.

Griffin took the oath of office for the two-year appointment in December and will oversee convenings to examine the facts and apply evidence, City procedures and legal principals to resolve disputes over City-related matters dealing with procurement of goods and services, construction, professional services, consulting services or information technology.

She has previously served as Senior Contract Administrator, Compliance Director and Interim Director of Resourcing for the City of Atlanta’s Department of Procurement.

Griffin also served from 1989 to 1999 as a Contract Compliance Officer for Fulton County, Georgia.
